A leading Manufacturer are looking to recruit a Finance Office Administrator to help support their family owned business in the day to day operations of the company. You will need experience using Sage50 and dealing with invoices and well have a pleasant telephone manner.

3 Months Temporary - then Permanent for the right candidate

First point of contact for customers telephone and emails
Liaising between departments - Warehouse
Purchasing responsibilities
Order Processing
Other general admin tasks
You will be working on Sage50 Accounts to input the sales invoices and be able to look up addresses etc quickly when dealing with customers and their orders
You will also be responsible for answering the phone and dealing with queries, taking messages and booking out goods and doing pro forma invoices.
You will also arrange courier collections etc by completing consignment documents
Taking payments over the telephoneHours - Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm and 2pm finish on a Friday.
