About the role:
This post will act as a business partner for the Development & Sales team. You will be responsible for monitoring, forecasting and reporting on financial performance of the Group’s Development function, whilst supporting with financial appraisals and analysis.
What they’re looking for:

Someone with the ability to collate, analyse and report on complex statistical data.
*
Previous experience of manipulating data from a range of sources.
*
A conceptual thinker with the ability to manage the development and maintenance of performance monitoring systems.
*
Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word, Access and SQL database technology.
*
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and an inquisitive mind.
*
An Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is desirable.
