They are now looking for a dynamic Internal Technical Sales Manager to help drive the business forward and assist in the companies continued growth and investment.

The role:

To lead and manage the UK internal sales team, as an integral part of the sales management leadership team.

Key accountabilities:

·Frequent training, mentoring and coaching of the team in systems and product application practice

·Working closely with the sales management team and field sales professionals to ensure early engagement at key points in the customer buying process

·Transition and streamline the internal sales team to become a process and procedure driven function

·To manage and achieve department key business metrics

·P&L responsibility for the internal sales department

·Participate in regional and national sales meetings and assist in the completion and review of sales forecasts

·Recruitment and appraisals

The candidate:

·This is an important role within the leadership team, therefore we’re looking for an experienced Internal Sales Team Manager, from an associated background i.e. HVAC, industrial, building services, manufacturing etc

·Qualification within Building Services or Mechanical Engineering is preferable

· Ability to read, understand and mark-up P&I drawings

·Experience of managing a team of technical internal sales professionals – your team will be dealing with queries regarding technical, sophisticated products

·The ability to write high level reports and complete paperwork accurately

·Strong, robust, authoritative personality
