Internal Account Manager

£18k-£23k plus bonus

Capita Network Solutions are looking for an Internal Account Manager / Account Manager to join our ever expanding sales team.

We design, build, operate & optimise every form of network service from internet to WAN, LAN to Cloud with capacity to deliver all over the world.

Due to our relationships with strategic partners within major telecoms, we can deliver network coverage across the whole of the UK.

As an Internal Account Manager you will be responsible for forecasting, identifying & converting sales opportunities into new contracts.

In addition to this you will be:

* Responsible for approximately for 40 accounts;

* Responsible for Customer servicing these accounts;

* Able to understand the customer needs & drivers to match the solutions for their requirements;

* Cross Sell & Upsell to existing customers;

* Responsible for outbound sales;

You will be:

* A proven IT / Telecoms Sales individual;

* Experienced in Telesales;

* Experience within Customer Service;

* Able to work autonomously
