Cordant People are currently recruiting for a reputable company with a strong presence within their industry. They are a company looking to grow and expand. With this has come a need to increase the staff headcount. This is a great, dynamic role working in production perating Machinery for a plastics company. Experience is preferred but not essential as long as you don't mind undergoing any training needed. Training will be given, however a keen eye for detail is very important. Full training given.

The ideal candidate will have the desire for long term work as this position is on a temp-perm basis. They are looking for people with a strong work ethic and the right attitude to take the business forward.

Skills and experience required:

1 Strong time keeper and good attendance
2 Eye for detail and quality assurance
3 Past work in physical roles and heavy lifting
4 Production work

Hours of work:

This company are looking for people who are open to working 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm (rotating shifts) OR 8am-4.30pm day shiftThe rate of pay is £7.38/£7.83 (age dependant) per hour for day shift and £7.38/£7.83+ 50p per hour shift allowance per hour for rotating shifts with competitive overtime rates available. We also have a pension scheme in place for all of our workers.
