Description

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse and Extrusion Operatives for our new client based in Castle Donnington. We have around 8 positions available that are permanent roles with a full training program that offers a great opportunity progression in the plastics industry.
Candidates must have
* Previous manufacturing experience
* A keen eye for detail
* Ability to use a variety of power tools
* Be comfortable with an industrial environment
* Good dexterity
Candidates will be expected to
* Manufacture components and products to a very high specification
* Glue components
* Train up on moulding machinery
* Use own initiative when working on the shop floor
* Quality control their own work
* Maintain a high level of house-keeping at their own station
Successful candidates must be available for a 4 hour induction day on Wednesday 21st November 2018 and then be prepared to start a shift at 14.00 upon completing a successful induction. There are varying shifts available (06.00-14.00, 14.00-22.00) and workers must be flexible enough to rotate as needed.
It is a Monday to Friday who does not like a good weekend at home?
The starting pay rate on this position is £8ph and there will be full training given with real career progression and recognised qualifications.
