Our client are a market leader within the print and packaging arena. Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting for a new position within the business, an experienced Assembly and Fulfilment Manager.

The primary responsibilities of this position include the scheduling, and organising of hand finished packaging to meet client expectation on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will liaise effectively with the Production Manager, Operations Supervisor and Despatch Manager, in a busy and changeable work environment

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

•Hiring and management of a flexible work force

•Staff Inductions including Health and Safety requirements

•Time trials and creation of estimates for the sales team

•Evaluate all methods for job production and identify cost savings

•Reacting to multiple productions at any given time

•Ensure estimated speeds are met or improved to ensure best margin

•Extract data from MIS system, liaising with key personnel to ensure client demands are met

•Strong Mathematics, Computer an Analytical Skills

•Positive ‘’can do’’ attitude

•Ability to work to tight deadlines with changeable workloads

•Good written and verbal communication skills

•High level of interpersonal skills

The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, require us to keep work-seeker records for at least one year from the date of their creation or after the date on which we last provide work-finding services. Where applicable, we must also keep payroll records, holiday pay, sick pay and pensions auto-enrolment records for as long as is legally required by HMRC and associated national minimum wage, social security and tax legislation.

As an individual, you have several rights in respect to the processing of your personal data, all of which can be reviewed on our website. This includes the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Recruitment Consultant with whom you initiated contact, or any other employee at St David Recruitment Services.
