Operational Support Executive
Halfords Autocentres have an exciting opportunity for an Operational Support Executive to join the team on site in Uxbridge.
What is the purpose of the role?
The candidate will work as an Operational Support Executive, based in Uxbridge. You will liaise for and on behalf of Halfords Autocentres in full support of the client; you will be dedicated to maximising the delivery of excellence throughout our network of Autocentres.
What will the role involve?
Ensure a highly professional, accurate and consistent management of all offers and declines.
Ensure DTM (Downtime Management) is consistently monitored, influenced and improved.
Productivity criteria ( 1-Link, Incident management and Telephone performance measures)
Incident management
Cost control
Ability to promote Halfords Autocentres and manage any issues accordingly
Take ownership of supplier / customer issues
