  Position Overview:
The incumbent will be responsible for collecting acquired portfolio delinquencies and secondary recovery deficiencies, ensuring required activities are completed correctly and timely while protecting the interests of HCAC. Further responsibilities include assisting with bankruptcy and litigation matters as well as negotiating restructures and managing repossession activities
