Looking for an exciting change to your career? Working in the Food Manufacturing industry is not one for the lazy folk! Naturally, you enjoy running around on your feet in the bustling factory and if you don’t enjoy keeping busy, this one is not for you.

I am looking for an experienced Product Developer to join a growing team in a busy food manufacturer in Lincolnshire. Working closely with the NPD and Commercial team, you will be responsible for the day to day duties involved in ensuring products are developed and launched to customer satisfaction, within agreed timescales.

You will need to be ready to hit the ground running, so previous experience with NPD processes in a fast paced environment is essential. To be successful in this role, you will naturally want to get stuck in and not be afraid to get your hands dirty! Creativity is a must have quality of yours along with a genuine passion for food development.
