Email Designer /Digital Artworker

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our digital team as an Email Designer/Digital Artworker. You will join a rapidly growing content team, with the sole focus of creating engaging and effective design that keeps up with the latest trends. Working alongside the CRM team, you will develop designs for email that grab attention and influence the customer to a positive action.

We are looking for a designer with bags of creativity and the ability to transform your designs into fully functional HTML/CSS, that is optimized for mobile and desktop. You should be a creative thinker with a very strong attention to detail, and an instinctive sense of how consumers interact with digital content.

You must have…

* 3 years+ digital design experience

* Strong creative flair and a passion for email and digital design

* Understanding of responsive design with a mobile-first approach

* Competent HTML and CSS skills

* Experience working with design/prototyping tools (e.g. Adobe Suite)

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to time-manage and handle multiple projects effectively to meet deadlines

* A positive and patient attitude towards design critique and the feedback process

You should have …

* Experience working within a fast-paced retail environment

* A strong understanding of digital metrics and measurements and how you can use this insight to develop and improve your design

* Much of what we do is trend based, so it would help if you have a passion for fashion!

* Ability to prototype and present ideas to a range of stakeholders

* Studied up to degree level in a design related discipline

This position is based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, Surrey (off J6 of the M25, 20 minutes by train from East Croydon Station).
