Learning Designer Administrator

Manchester City Centre

£10.00 per hour

Overview of the role;

My Client, a nationally recognised retail brand, are looking for a Learning Design Administrator to join their team in central Manchester

Candidate Required Experience;

* Word/Powerpoint

* Captivate/In Design experience

* Good communicator

* Working with SME’s/extracting information

* Self-motivated

* Programme experience/working to tight timelines

* Used to working in an office environment

Deliverables within the role;

* Deliver great service by co-ordinating all administrative activity for L&D initiatives including booking venues and issuing timely information and invitations in line with the L&D plan so that all delegates have a positive experience of the initiatives.

* Partner with senior L, L&D managers to establish processes to support new L, L&D programmes (e.g. Apprenticeships).

* Consider the most time and cost-effective approach to delivering administrative activity for each L, L &D programme and proactively outsource specialist areas such as printing and postage.

* Maintain the accuracy of information held within learning systems used by L, L&D teams.

* Liaise with external systems support teams to resolve technical issues to minimise disruption to the L, L&D team and delegates.

* Ensure that all required data is captured accurately through relevant systems and in line with agreed processes and Service Level Agreements so that all activities can be tracked and reported against. Creation of reports as requested by Stakeholders and the L&D team.

* Escalate issues and suggestions for resolution in timely manner.

* Use knowledge gained through contact with colleagues of all levels from Front Line to Executive to identify and recommend improvements to ways of working so that a continuous improvement approach is adopted.
