Inside Out Purchasing & Supply has been engaged to recruit a Supply/Forecast Analyst to provide an FMCG business with an accurate short, medium and long term forecasts.

Our client is looking for a someone who has worked in a similar position but would also be keen to hear from graduates looking for a career within supply chain.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Provide data analysis for future analysis

Point of contact within the business for forecasting questions (internal and external department)

To regularly liaise with the customer to ensure our forecasts are aligned to theirs

To provide information to the department including but not exhaustive to: forecast / order swings, general issues which may affect the department

Create new forecast file, by Financial year

Monitor in detail customer service level

Maintain KPI’s in details

Issue all forecast related reports as necessary

Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge of FMCG planning / forecasting

Good knowledge of computer systems especially Excel, Advance/Intermediate level skills required, (standard functions and spreadsheet design).

Works well under pressure

Efficient management of time

Works to deadlines
