Fabric Supervisor
Our client is a National Building Services provider. They have an excellent reputation within the region, they are currently looking to recruit a Fabric Supervisor to work with them & the team covering their Client Portfolio’s across the Wiltshire Region.

You will be carrying out Planned, Preventative & Reactive Maintenance Schedules to Premises which include Commercial sites, Heritage sites, Offices, Schools & Leisure buildings.

Duties will include

Basic carpentry tasks, tiling, flooring, door locks, basic plumbing tasks and general building fabric repairs

Plumbing & general fault finding and repair to sanitary ware, drainage above and below ground and building fabric components

Lamping, Emergency Lighting & some Fire alarms.

Maintain up to date records of all work carried out on plant and equipment within the site manuals, both hard copy files and electronic

To participate within an out of normal working hours emergency call out rota and be flexible outside of core working hours

Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, customers and work as part of a team

Continually demonstrate an understanding and commitment to customer care

Ensure clear communication with customers, line management and office support staff

Ideally you will be educated to City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in Carpentry or relevant Trade, knowledge & experience of working on commercial or industrial plant & systems. Holder of a Full UK driving licence, a valid CSCS card, Working at Height/IPAF/PASMA certification is desirable but not essential. If you have a current CRB/DBS certificate this will be hugely advantageous.

You will need to have a positive attitude towards your work responsibilities & adopt flexible working methods in order to meet the needs of the role. It is necessary that you have good communication skills together with strong problem-solving abilities as you will have regular client contact.
