Multi Trade Operative Required - Voids

Location - Based in Westminster

The Role

Multi Trade Operatives required to carry out all works within void properties

Ideally the successful person is to have knowledge and experience in carrying out multiple trades and to have a CSCS card.

Duties Include:

Carry out a range of services associated with maintenance repairs and renewals within social housing void properties and communal including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and painting.
Have experience in carrying out maintenance repairs/renewals
Proven ability to carry out multiple trades
CSCS card
Own personal tools
