Regional Director required to head up new office for a global multi-discipline Construction & Property Consultancy in Birmingham.

My client has a spread of offices across the UK and overseas covering a range of sectors including Education, Developer led, Commercial and Residential working with both Public and Private sector clients. They are also on a number of UK wide frameworks with a strong pipeline of work in West Midlands providing this a great opportunity for an ambitious Associate or above Quantity Surveying professional to lead an office in Birmingham

The Regional Director will be responsible for managing the existing workload and recruiting to manage a team of professionals as well as developing business with new and existing clients. The Director will also have the overall responsibility for the P&L for the region so someone who has operated at a Senior level is essential for this opportunity.

The successful candidate must come from a consultancy background (QS) and have a strong network of contacts in the Birmingham arena. The Regional Director should be confident at generating new business have previous experience of managing a team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Associate Director looking for a number one role or an existing Director who is seeking a fresh challenge with high levels of autonomy.
