Our large Slough Branch are looking for a new Branch Supervisor to join the team to drive Sales to new heights within branch

This role is offered on a permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and alternate Saturdays 8am - 12noon.

About the role

Main duties are:

· You will be predominantly office based

· Hitting sales targets whilst growing sales in drainage products within the branch

· new business generation and ensuring the growth of existing accounts

· support on trade counter, processing orders, liaising with customers

About you

If you have experience within the trades or a sales role then we would like to hear from you. You’ll have strong communications skills along with the ability to build rapport and develop strong customer relationships whilst driving new sales.

It is advantageous to have drainage sales experience but not essential as training will be provided to the right candidate. You will need to be experienced in working towards sales targets.

Operating with a one team ethos, flexibility is also key to support the branch in other departments. If you’re naturally proactive, sales driven and a team player we want to hear from you.
