Position: Personal Assistant

Location: Bournemouth

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Are you an experienced Personal Assistant with strong communication and organisational skills?

Our client, a leading property maintenance company based in Bournemouth, is looking to appoint a Personal Assistant to support a Property Manager on a temp to perm basis. Previous experience working within the housing sector would be an advantage.

You will be responsible for:

• First point of contact for clients and contractors

• Dealing with email correspondence, passing on messages and some note taking

• Obtaining quotes from contractors and arranging minor works

• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments

• Other ad hoc duties when required

The ideal candidate will be organised with a high attention to detail and have strong admin experience and be used to working in a very fast paced environment.

Salary: £18,000 to £20,000
