Description

responsible for providing assistance to internal associates, plan participants,

plan sponsors, and other individuals (both internal and external) on various

tasks and requests related to their retirement plans and/or associated

projects.



Essential_Key_Functions

* Responds timely and professionally to incoming calls by participants,

plan sponsors, and other involved individuals.

* Provides professional customer service to office visits from clients,

participants, and others.

* Keeps lobby area clean and supply area tidy and well-stocked.

* Uses various IT systems to retrieve and document pertinent plan and

participant information. Inquiries include, but are not limited to,

account/plan information, fees, distributions, and loans.

* Researches client and participant issues and collaborates with the

appropriate department until issue has been resolved.

* Develop and maintain professional client relationships through effective

and efficient communication, timely responses to inquiries, and providing

accurate information.

* Perform general office administration tasks (including, but not limited

to: data-entry, word processing, assistance with mass mailings, and

special projects).

* Perform proof-reading and editing on Annual Reports, distribution

processing, and miscellaneous correspondence.

* Exceed all quality, productivity, and turnaround goals.

* Performs other related duties as assigned.

* Professional and efficient phone skills
