An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Document Coordinator to join a multi-service Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation. This is a new role and is a full-time, permanent position, reporting to the Head of Molecule Development.

Responsible for managing various administrative tasks throughout the site and the production of high-quality documentation, including scientific protocols and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with members of the site to create, format and manage electronically a range of documentation types required for drug development and/or GxP reasons

* Ensure that documentation produced for Clients or regulatory purposes is formatted to a high standard before it leaves the site

* Act as expert user of the current documentation templates and management systems.

* Work closely with other members of the site to assist with the management, distribution, revision, filing and archiving of quality documents

* Provide business support and assistance to other teams on site as required

* Work with due regard to health & safety of self & others

* Work flexibly across the site to meet business needs

Key Skills:

* Able to work within a team and on own initiative.

* Excellent clerical and interpersonal skills and an in-depth knowledge of word processing (including Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro).

* Competence in software for the production of spreadsheets and graphical outputs (for example Excel and Visio) is desirable.

* Good verbal and written communications skills.

* An awareness of GMP and GLP is desirable but not essential.

Education to GCSE O/A Level (or equivalent) is desirable
