Senior Site Manager / Project Manager

New Build £25m Commercial Shed and 2 storey Office block

£270 - £300 per day (dependent on Experience)

Starting immediate for 4 months

Overview:

Senior Site Manager / Project Manager required for a new build commercial shed and 2 storey office block in Ipswich.

The Company:

The company is a privately owned business with a turnover in excess of £300m that prides its self on successful project delivery working closely with repeat clients on negotiated works.

Projects they work on are within the Commercial, Industrial and Retail sectors. There projects range from £5 to £50million in contract value with average projects around £20m.

Project:

The Senior Site Manager / Project Manager will be overseeing this £25m new build commercial shed and the construction of the two storey office block on the side of the building

The Role:

The Senior Site Manager / Project Manager will be required to be a self-motivated individual that is autonomous in you role, be able to driving the subcontractors, manage contractors on site, general day to day issues whilst being able to drive a project to practical completion.

Key Skills / Requirements:

* CSCS

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* Site Managers will have experience of new build commercial / industrial projects with values ideally ranging from £10-20 million.
