Becoming a Sales Ledger Administrator with Travel & Events:

To maintain a detailed and accurate record of all the Sales Ledger receipts, as well as ensuring all Sales Ledger adjustments and reconciliations are carried out in a timely manner.

This is a 6 month fixed-term contract based in Derby.

What you will do:

To manage the distribution of Commission Documents, claims, statements VAT receipts in a timely manner

To ensure that all Sales and Commission receipts are recorded and allocated on a daily basis.

Cheques received are recorded daily and sent within agreed timeframes

Maintaining the Amendment Folder

Process queries

Provide administrative assistance, as and when required

Your experience will include:

Sales ledger experience would be an advantage, but not essential
Competent using Microsoft Excel
Accurate data entry skills
Good communications, both verbal and written
Strong organisational skills
