Job Title: People Coordinator

Location: Durley, Close to Hedge End, Botley and Bishops Waltham

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000

Due to the continued growth and success of Highfield Professional Solutions it sees us now expanding our team and we need a passionate People Coordinator to join us. We are fast paced, driven individuals. No two days will be the same and the People Coordinator's key responsibility will be to enhance the experience of all of our people and assist in our internal recruitment.

We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships quickly and is extremely well organised and able to multitask. We have a challenging growth and people plan to achieve by 2021 and this role will support the end to end candidate experience from headhunting all the way through to new starters reaching their probation. A focus on on-boarding, training and learning and development will see the successful candidate communicating with everyone in the business!

You will work closely with the Internal recruiter, Marketing team as well as interacting with all of our recruitment consultants and directors.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Demonstrate a genuine passion for people and our People Experience

* Improve training and development ideas for the On-boarding experience of new starters

* Provide administrative support to the operation team and Internal Recruitment

* Alongside the Internal Recruiter, build a talent pipeline of excellent individuals who would be interested to work with Highfield in the future

* Support interviews with the Internal Recruiter and be able to work independently

* Driving positive initiatives to increase Brand awareness and engagement with Highfield Professional Solutions

* Act as a second point of contact in the absence of Internal Recruiter
