Contract Administrator - Chessington

Our industry leading client based in Chessington, is looking for a numerate individual to join their close knit team in their Service department as a Contracts Administrator. Within this role you will be primarily responsible for ensuring controlling and ordering of spare parts. Our client woks as both a manufacturer and distributor so will always ensure the best customer service is provided, some of the products do require a methodical approach to problem solve and discover which part needs ordering for the client.

Duties will include:

* Controlling stock of spare parts

* Liaising with customers to resolve problems

* Ensuring invoices have been completed

* Liaising with Service team, ensuring all scheduled visits have been completed

* Arranging service visits

* Dealing with renewal quotations and invoicing

In return you will have good excel skills and be tech savvy with a strong and methodical mind for problem solving and you will love local to Chessington.
