PACKAGE: On offer is a salary of up to £40,000 plus up to 20% bonus, company car, mobile phone, laptop and 25 days plus bank holidays

JOB DESCRIPTION: Business Development Manager: This role is focused on selling a range of technical building products to ironmongery and glass companies and aluminium fabricators as well as key installers. You will have to manage your time sensibly to ensure you are successfully account managing but also able to hunt for new business. The company specialise in a range of technical building products and offer an excellent training scheme. These are high quality and not commodity so need to be sold of features, benefits and after service support.

LOCATION: Field based covering Dorset, Isle of Wight, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and London postcodes NW, W, HA, TW & UB

CANDIDATE: You will already be working in a field sales role within the construction sector either targeting specialist distributors or installers. Ideally you will come from a technical construction background such as ironmongery or hardware but it is more important that you are experienced selling on features and benefits and not price. Furthermore, you will be full of enthusiasm and self motivation and have a great work ethic.
