RE Resource Group are looking for Dairy Production Operatives to join our prestigious client based in Tewkesbury.

Our client is a long standing, family owned business, producing dairy products for their customer base across the UK.

Job role

Production operative will start in the finished products section, and build their understanding of the process before progressing through the different departments. Successful candidates have a clear framework to continue their progression, which could lead on to to Machine Operator roles, and supervisory roles for the right candidate. The role will look to go permanent after 12 weeks probation period has been successfully completed. 


Packing dairy products into crates/cages
Manual Handling
Accurate reading of pick list to ensure correct quantities are accounted for each order
Understanding procedure in line with food hygiene regulations
Days & Hours

The client operates MONDAY - SATURDAY (successful applicants will work 5 days with alternating days off)

Hours are: 06.00am Start - Finish (approximately 14.00 - 15.00 depending on workload)


Living near to Tewkesbury or having your own transport is ESSENTIAL as public transport from further afield will not arrive in line with start time. 

Experience required

Knowledge/understanding of similar food production/warehouse roles is desired but not essential
