My client, a legal firm in Worcestershire, is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary for their Commercial Property Department on a Permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a prestigious and well known firm who offer a pleasant and friendly working environment.

The main aspects of this role include:

- to undertake all work of a secretarial nature as requested by fee earners including Typing, making and taking calls and photocopying
- to undertake all work of an admin nature ad requested by the fee earner
- to take and record accurately any messages and pass them on immediately
- to make appointments and update the diary
- to assist with file management
- to ensure time recording of all work carried out by fee earners
- to prepare and serve refreshments for appropriate visitors

The main responsibilities of this role include:

- to use your initiative at all times
- to ensure good working practice at all times
- to carry out work to the highest possible standard
- to ensure confidentiality and security for the firms documentation and information
- to maintain clear and precise communications with other members of staff

The skills and experience required include

- Experience as a Legal Secretary ideally within the commercial property team
- Competent touch and audio typist
- IT Literate especially MS OFFICE and ideally SOS
- excellent telephone manner and experience of dealing with clients
- Effective communication skills

The hours are Mon-Fri (Apply online only) and the salary on offer is up to £20,000 DOE
