Based within Lancashire, our Client has substantial experience within a range of projects, providing a great variety of exiting work for the successful Senior Town Planner. With over 40 years’ experience between the two directors, this is a great opportunity to join the practice, as through their tailored Personal Development Plan it will provide an opportunity to for the successful Senior Town Planner to thrive.

Some of the responsibilities of the Successful Senior Town Planner will be:

·Undertaking business development to help the business continuously grow

·Supporting the team in the preparation of large planning applications, appeals, strategic land promotion and Local Plans

·Liaising with clients and planning authorities

·Undertaking site visits

The Successful Senior Town Planner will:

·Be a Chartered member of the RTPI

·Be able to work independently or part of a team

·Have 5+ years’ experience

·Be experienced in business development

·Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

·have an excellent working knowledge of the UK planning system

On offer to the successful Senior Town Planner is a competitive Salary of Circa £30,000 - £40,000 negotiable on experience.
