My client based just outside of Maidenhead are looking for a Events Administrator on a PART TIME basis TERM TIME POSITION ONLY.

18 HOURS PER WEEK - IDEALLY OVER 3 DAYS BUT CAN BE FLEXIBLE.

Main duties involve:

* Assist the Conference Sales Team in exceeding their monthly budgeted revenue targets,by providing administration support in the Conference events office.

* To assist the Conference Sales Team in the event management of all events liaising with clients and the team to ensure first class customer experience.

* To be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries and emails to be actioned within the agreed set time guidelines payment of all invoices.

* To assist in achieving & exceeding the monthly budgeted revenue targets through reactive sales activity

* To provide and maintain a high-class service to all clients and colleagues at all times

* Host client viewings for weddings, meetings and events

* To fully coordinate weddings, meetings and events and prepare and issue the weekly function sheets on KX

* To research and qualify potential new companies

* To manage the events email inbox, prioritising actions and distributing emails as appropriate to the Sales Team.

* To be the first contact for calls to the Conference events office – taking enquiries over the phone.

* To produce welcome packs & signing in sheets for each event.

* Assist with the meet and greet of key clients on site on an ad hoc basis

* To assist and support the Sales and Marketing Manager in marketing activities including Kx client and other databases, mailshots, and newsletters

Skills/ Attributes

* Effective communicator

* Numerate & PC literate with good knowledge of all Microsoft office products

* Able to work to deadlines

* High accuracy

* Excellent awareness of Social Media including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn

General Attributes

* Strong administrator Excellent telephone manner

* Good communicator Team player

* Customer focused

* Multi tasker
