Cost Consultant - London

Our clients are a leading, independent construction and property consultancy working across all sectors of the built environment. In line with continued success, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Cost Consultant to join their team in London working on a range of high-end projects.

The role:
They are ideally looking for an MRICS qualified Cost Consultant with a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a consultancy environment. You will be responsible for carrying out both pre- and post-contract duties working on high value and complex projects across multiple sectors. This is a client-facing role so excellent communication skills are essential.


* MRICS qualified

* BSc Quantity Surveying degree (or similar)

* Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a consultancy environment

* Pre & post-contract experience is essential

* Experience working on high value and complex projects is desirable

* Excellent communication and client-facing skills are essential

* Able to work autonomously

* Strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills

* Full UK drivers licence

In Return:

* £50,000 - £65,000 salary

* Health Care scheme
