We an opportunity at our nursery setting in Mill Hill for Childcare professionals looking for a permanent role for

We are therefore looking for a candidate who has a passion for the improvement of the outcomes of children, and the motivation and initiative to bring new ideas to a pro-active team in the pre school room.

Our nursery is looking for the candidate to work Monday to between time (40 hours) job shares and part time staff!!

Candidate requirements:

- Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Childcare.
- Experience working within a nursery setting for a minimum of 1 year.
-You will be expected to have excellent knowledge of the EYFS and a passion to safeguard and improve outcomes for all children.

Job Responsibilities:

-Provide a friendly, caring environment to encourage and develop children.
-Ensures that each team member is given the required support, developmental progress are kept, based on the day-to-day observations.
-Monitors all practices in ensuring the safeguarding of all children.
-Communicate effectively with Parents and other visitors to the Nursery.
-Appropriately Consoles children if get upset.
-Actively contributes and participates as part of the team, attending team meetings and activities.
-Provides support in base rooms to other nurseries as and when required.
-To perform any ad hoc duties as required
-To attend training courses to further personal development.

The Nursery are offering a fantastic Salary of up to £12,175.80 pa (dependent on experience, inclusive of bonus)

We also offer an additional rate of pay for Level 6 and QTS qualified

We have a wonderful team at our purpose built setting in beautiful nursery in Mill Hill. are looking for qualified practitioners (level 2 or above or working towards) to join our friendly team.

You must have experience working with children within early years, be enthusiastic and display excellent knowledge of the EYFS

Candidate responsibilities:

- To work as part of a team in one of our four learning rooms
- To effectively plan and carry out stimulating and purposeful activities, meeting the individual needs of the children in your care
- To provide a safe and secure learning environment which nurtures and safeguard the children

Requirements of Nursery Practitioner role:

• Level 2 qualification in Childcare or equivalent (applicants currently working towards level 2 or interested in studying will also be considered)
• Full Time (40 hours) job shares and part time staff will be considered
• Understanding of play based approach to children's learning and development
• An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Passion for working with children
