Infrastructure Support Analyst (Data Centre)

We are the RNLI, the charity that saves lives at sea. We are now looking for an Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our team.

From frontline operations at sea to our sophisticated Fundraising operation, it's what the RNLI does that makes it such a unique organisation. And sitting right at the heart of it are our central servers. They're absolutely business critical - and you'll be key to their operation.

You will be part of the friendly, collaborative Infrastructure team providing administration and maintenance of the overall on-premise and Cloud Production, DR & Non-Production systems.

To be considered, you will need experience of supporting the following:

- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Azure
- Amazon Web Services
- Microsoft Exchange Online
- Microsoft Server
- Storage Area Networks

You will also need:

- Experience of a service level based environment
- A technical understanding of LAN and WAN networking
- To be ITIIL certified
- a Microsoft Server certification
- A Levels (or equivalent)
