Description

Our client a leading engineering contractor currently has an immediate requirement for a Commercial Administrator to join their busy project office based in Bristol City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team that will be involved in delivering multi million-pound engineering construction projects.

Reporting to the office manager the Commercial Administrator will be responsible for:

* Creating job orders

* Creating SAP profiles for all employees working on the contract

* Generate billing requests and invoicing

* Movement of time / sub contract cost where required

* Adding charge out rates to each price list for new people booking to contracts

* General SAP queries (timesheets, proxy lists, costs on job queries etc.)

* BI reports – missing timesheets / weekly analysis etc.

* Raising purchase orders / goods receipting / liaising with accounts for payment of invoices

* Ordering PPE / stationary etc.

* Managing job status lists on contracts

* Monitoring expenditure

* Supporting Month End / Year End financial reporting

Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of SAP

* Ability to quickly understand and challenge/improve business processes

* Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, users and management

* Good organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a busy workload

* Professional attitude with ability to work as a member of a team

* Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
