An opportunity has arisen for full time Payroll Admin seeking a career in an industry leading contract accountancy firm. There Modern offices are based in Warrington and the working hours are 37.5 per week Monday - Friday.

The successful candidate will be joining an innovative and forward-thinking company that is consistently growing and looking for enthusiastic and career driven candidates who want progression working within a professional admin team.

As a Payroll Admin your duties will include:

Manging your own different populations of payrolls adhering to deadlines
Completing month end procedures and reconciliations
Processing new starters and leavers information include processing changes to terms and conditions of employment and pay changes.
Liaising with HMRC regarding various queries
Processing statutory claims; SMP, SSP, SPP
Issuing P45's for leavers and process P45's for new customers

To be a Successful Payroll Admin you will:

Previous experience within a similar environment as an account's admin
Proven ability to work under pressure
Keen eye for detail
Competent in the full E2E payroll process
Strong verbal and written communication skills
