Your new company
My client, a public health care organisation in Harlow, is looking for a Medical secretary/ Audio typist on a full time basis for approximately 12 weeks to start as soon as possible.

Your new role
They are currently seeking an efficient Medical Secretary to join their busy team to provide essential secretarial and administrative support within the provision.
You will also be required to carry out audio typing within this role.
Typical Duties may include:

Arrange meetings, often attending them to take minutes
Assisting with Audio/Copy typing duties
Typing up confidential medial notes provided from your line manager
Taking incoming calls into the office

What you'll need to succeed
Past experience as a Medical Secretary/Audio Typist is preferred
Efficient and fast paced
Previous NHS experience is also desired

What you'll get in return
An hourly rate between £9 - 11 per hour inclusive of holiday pay
The working hours will be Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 22.5 hours a week.
