Title: Kitchen/ Bathroom Fitter (Social Housing)
Location: East London
Salary: £20.00 p/h (Van/ Fuel Card supplied)


My Client is a large Housing Association offering repairs and regeneration of properties to their tenants across the UK. The investment Division of their business is looking to recruit Kitchen/ Bathroom Fitters to join their East London based team to perform regeneration works across their portfolio. The role will be predominantly based in the East London area.

The Kitchen/Bathroom Fitter's Role:
The opportunity is suited towards experienced Kitchen Fitters to work as part team. You will be expected to have fitting experience utilising skills such as carpentry, plumbing and other trades (plastering, P&D ect). It is key that you can complete a variety of tasks to ensure that repairs/orders can be completed in a single visit.

- Trade qualification (or time served trades experience) e.g. NVQ 2, NVQ 3, City & Guilds. It is advantageous if they have the ability to peform any other trade to an acceptable standard
- An understanding and be able to use effectively (after training) equipment and processes which may be reasonably required by the Company
- Recent experience working in social housing
- Experience and a passion for delivering high quality services to a diverse range of customers
