Vitaflo (International) Ltd are currently looking to recruit a full-time HR Manager on an 8-month fixed-term
contract to provide cover for maternity leave. The role will be based at the Vitaflo head office which is situated
just outside of Liverpool city centre. The role reports into the Global Head of HR and is responsible for supporting
the Global business, maintain a strong HR brand through accuracy, strong relationships and efficient delivery of
key HR projects and initiatives.
Vitaflo (International) Ltd has been at the forefront of developing innovative specialised clinical nutrition products
for metabolic disorders, ketogenic diets, renal disease and disease related malnutrition for over 20 years. We work
in partnership with healthcare professionals, patients and their families, in order to create products that combine
the best of cutting-edge research with the lifestyle demands of modern living, ensuring the most acceptable
products are available.
Key responsibilities of our HR Manager:
- Contributing to the execution of the HR business plan through the creation and implementation of people
strategies that attract, retain and develop employees
- Supporting all aspects of talent acquisition including the aligning of resourcing strategies to business needs,
measuring performance and full end to end line manager support through the recruitment and selection process
- Ownership, management and development of UK transactional HR actions and processes inclusive of employee
data, personnel files and stakeholder management
- Provide HR support to senior leaders, people managers and employees on a variety of subjects whilst ensuring
the accurate and effective delivery of the HR service
- Maintaining accurate management information and provide upon request
- Support and deliver learning and development initiatives and implementations
- Driving a regular review of the organisations policy needs to ensure legal compliance and adherence whilst
ensuring consistency throughout the business
- Lead and support on projects as a result of internal and external feedback - Assist in the design and delivery of any projects that arise through various organisational changes - Ensuring a regular review of specific HR practises is actioned to identify opportunities for functional improvement - Liaising with internal Nestlé teams to develop HR practises and processes that enhance the HR contribution to the organisation Skills and Experience required by our HR Manager: - Degree educated (preferably within a HR or HR related field) - Demonstrable experience working as a HR Manager is essential - CIPD qualified or equivalent is desired - A track record of continued professional development - The ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at varying levels - Highly organised with diligent attention to detail - Excellent influencing skills - Ability to handle multiple projects as well as transactional processes in a fast-paced environment - IT literate, with advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as the ability to adapt to new HR systems - Results oriented with a drive to succeed - Have a passion for building a strong HR brand - Solid understanding of employment legislation Benefits of becoming our HR Manager: - Competitive salary - Excellent working conditions - Study support - Employee recognition scheme - Volunteering opportunities - Employee Assistance Programme - Discretionary bonus scheme (subject to qualifying period) - Gym membership (subject to qualifying period) - Employer pension contribution (3% rising to 5% subject to qualifying period then matched up to a maximum of 10%).
