Quantity Surveyor

Chippenham | up to £50,000 plus package

A building contractor who do most of their work in luxury residential and commercial new-build and refurbishment are looking for Quantity Surveyors to come on board ASAP.

With two new offices opening soon, they are rapidly-expanding and looking for ambitious commercial staff to develop and grow within the business at a similar pace. The successful applicant will join a driven and experienced team of six Quantity Surveyors, each of which are based on £500k - £20m projects across the South West

You will be the ideal Quantity Surveyor for my client if you are degree qualified and have experience in high-spec/luxury refurb projects.

Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:

You must be degree qualified in a relevant field

You should have previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
You must have experience working on high-spec/luxury projects
You must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Remuneration for this Quantity Surveyor position:

Up to £50,000 salary
