Your new company

You will be joining one of the UK's largest Housing developers, that have produced multiple NHBC Award Winning sites. As Assistant Site Manager, you will have access to the best tools in the market needed, in order to succeed in your role. As a company they build a mixture of high end, luxury family home's in some of the most sort after locations in the UK, and affordable mixed use housing schemes.

Your new role

The sites are located within the Midlands, across Coventry, Nuneaton, Warwick, Leicester and Rugby. You will be working alongside an award-winning Site Manager and Contracts Manager ensuring that the current sites build programme runs to schedule.

Your role will be varied from assisting with snagging, customer facing, delegating trades/labour, ordering materials and ensuring progress is made on site.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need prior Assistant Site Management experience. You must possesses excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of the build process and construction industry. Additionally, as Assistant Site Manager you will need to have an eye for detail, and have full knowledge of current health and safety legislation.

Key requirements:

Valid S.M.S.T.S certification.
Valid First Aid certificate.
