Working for a market leading Facilities management company the key purpose of this role will be:

Responsible for the day to day service delivery and operational requirements of the contract to include the management of janitorial team Reporting to the Contract Manager and deputising for the management team as required.

Your main responsibilities will be:

* Ensure compliance with all company & site-specific policies, procedures & processes including P&C, H&S & operational.

* Support the recruitment, induction & development of all front-line employees including identifying training needs.

* Driving employee engagement through reward & recognition, including appraisals & effective performance management.

* Identify new opportunities for better ways of working, to include best practice from industry innovation & individual insight for future growth.

* Develop & maintain professional & proactive business relationship with the day to day client’s representatives promoting the Company & development of services.

* Monitor costs & report and identified discrepancies to senior management team in a timely manner.

* Ensure timely & accurate completion of all documentation & monthly reports including accidents, near hits, quality audit scores & exceptions to base line contractual agreement.

* Proven experience within a operational contract management role including managing budgets & financial control processes

* Proven experience of establishing stakeholder relationships and achieving sustained operational

* Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to problem solve and make decisions.

* Ability to work on own initiative & drive improvement & change as necessary.

* PC literate with Excel & Word Skills
