Position: Maintenance Administrator

Location: Cambridge

Salary: From £20,000 to £23,000

Duration: Permanent


We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Administrator to join a busy company based on the outskirts of Cambridge

This company are very well established within the industry, providing building services support across Norfolk.

The right person for this position will have a strong administration background. They will be good with word and excel and able to pick up bespoke systems quickly.

This role will consist of dealing directly with engineers, assisting them in the organisation of their daily duties by dealing with rotas, materials and time sheets, as well as dealing with incoming client calls, administration support for sales and project managers, assisting with tender documents and daily office administration duties.

This person will be part of a small team of administrators however working in a busy office with a constant flow of people.


Strong administration background
Would prefer someone from a maintenance background but not essential
Proven track record in organising rota's and time sheets
Excellent IT Skills
Experience in assisting with quotations
Able to create excel documents
Good team player

Salary subject to experience
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Monday to Friday position
Good starting package
