Service Desk Analyst - £24-27K - London - Required strong in 1 st and 2 nd line support, Windows 7/10, MAC OSX, Office 365 and Active Directory for my highly reputable client.

The successful Support Desk Analyst will be providing 1st and 2nd line support for all Service Desk Requests providing professional users support remotely and face to face .

To apply you will have experience in the following:

  • Good telephone and email manner

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Experience of working on a service desk

  • Windows 7/10

  • Basic Mac experience

  • Office 2010

  • Office 365

  • Creating and modifying user accounts in Active Directory and Exchange

  • Setting up laptops/desktops

  • Logging and progressing tickets
