I am currently looking for a Supply Chain Administrator working for my clients leading retail organisation, your role will be to work with and support our senior supply chain analysts, assisting to improve and maintain availability of products and ranges across Stores, Districts, Regions and the estate of stores as a whole.

The role requires candidate who are primarily responsible for administrative tasks but with strong elements of analytical work, a background in retail experience would be beneficial

You will have had work experience from a supply chain and analytical background, capable of making recommendations and taking actions to deliver increased sales, minimised waste and optimised availability.

Role Requirements

*Provide outstanding support to retail store teams, responding to queries in a professional manner against agreed SLAs.
*Identify opportunities within predetermined merchandising departments to improve and support stores processes and procedures to optimise availability.
*Develop and produce availability reports and dashboards to identify store performance to operational process, making recommendations to the relevant departmental analyst where improvements can be made.
*Produce and interrogate departmental performance reports making recommendations to the relevant departmental analyst where actions should be taken to optimise availability.
*Support the team Manager in analysing reports to identify root causes of both positive and negative customer feedback
*Take accountability for managing the store queries, ensuring responses to stores are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
*Conduct analysis of sales "events" making observations and recommendations for improvement and design reports to monitor and challenge this ensuring continuous business improvement.
*Within the fresh and portfolio team, the role will also require support for the team analyst in ensuring successful stock management of refits, acquisitions and closure stores.
*Accountable for reporting performance against department KPIs and communicating centrally monitored performance to store teams.
*Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers that they come into contact with.


Degree preferred
Must be competent with Microsoft Office to an intermediate standard.
