My Client in Newport has a requirement for a Training and Development lead inside IR35.

Work plan:

The Training Lead will head a small team of 3 dedicated trainers to support the implementation of the training review. The Training Lead will need to familiarise themselves with the recommendations of the training review and translate this into a workable strategy of revolutionising training, focusing on raising the digital capability of the fieldforce, producing a structured learning path for interviewers and managers, and the coaching and mentoring of new interviewers

Desirable/Essential skills and experience:
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of developing and implementing a new system of training. They will have familiarity with new training concepts and be able to show how they have managed this in previous roles. They will be able to evidence an appreciation of the problems modernising a traditional workforce and give examples of where they have had to overcome difficulties associated with the introduction of new technology.
