A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Travel Consultant to join SThrees new offices in Glasgow. If you have strong analytical skills and have proven attention to detail, then you may be the Travel Consultant were looking for.

What will you be doing?
* You will be expected to handle all travel requests that are sent by SThree employees within the UK, Ireland and Norway, and also cover other international booking requests as needed. You should make sure that all travel is booked within policy and that the preferred hotel programme is followed where possible. Be able to offer alternatives and use initiative within corporate guidelines in the interests of enhancing customer satisfaction.
* Monthly reporting for all travel spend within the group.
* Previous experience booking business travel is essential.
* Daily update to all Travel Consultants on outstanding booking requests.

What skills/experience should you have?
* Good travel background is desirable.
* To have knowledge of airport codes such as LHR for Heathrow, AMS for Amsterdam, along with geographical knowledge.
* You will have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence people and organise travel whilst not compromising your Customer Service.
