About_The_Role We re looking for an exceptional Project Manager with a background in M&A Property & Casualty Due Diligence. The Project Manager will be responsible for analysis of target companies P&C insurance programs and successfully guidi clients through the transaction. Responsibilities * Obtain needed information from target companies via data rooms and conference calls * Utilize internal and external sources for client, industry and coverage research * Engage subject matter experts from across NFP to deliver world-class consulting * Evaluate the existing and future risk issues of the target company and adequacy of its insurance and risk management programs * Identify opportunities to add value for clients: enhanced coverage, cost savings, or risk management practices * Address the impact the transaction will have on coverage * Prepare due diligence reports, including coverage narratives, data and loss analysis * Communicate findings in written and oral form to internal and external clients * Knowledge,_Skills,_And/or_Abilities * Expert knowledge of property & casualty programs * Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time * Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral * Deadline driven * Ability to build relationships and communicate complicated data as well as explaining the overall plan * Tech savvy with strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills * Preferred_Education_And/or_Experience * Minimum of 8 years of P&C broker experience with a minimum of 5 years of P&C due diligence experience * Bachelor s degree * P&C License * Industry designations or post-graduate degree a plus Show moreShow less
