You'll be joining one of the UK's foremost construction plant manufacturers.

This is your chance, as an experienced plant engineer to take over a steady workshop operation and work towards improving it. This role is not about drastic day-one changes and wholesale high profile turnarounds; it's more about tweaking, motivating and having the simple passion to enhance the ways that things are done. If you prefer to implement lots of small incremental changes that over-time will make a big difference to productivity then it's more for you.

In this role you'll not be chained to your desk or be a glorified technician either. There's a healthy balance of work scheduling, improvement and hand-on responsibilities, providing you the natural variety that will keep your interest and motivation for the role.

Forget thin or empty promises about training or support, this highly organised business it set-up to provide you with the very best induction to ensure your transition onto their machinery and their management team is nothing but an overwhelming success.

On joining you'll receive a comprehensive training schedule, including extensive time in their workshop and in the field with their senior engineers allowing you the freedom to become familiar with the product in a controlled environment. You'll cover a range of tasks, ensuring that you're never left alone or feeling out of your depth.

It's a tried and tested method. This in-depth approach allows you to feel comfortable and confident about the product and their systems so you'll never feel under pressure.

So who are you?

We're not biased, it doesn't matter if you've a background in Construction plant, Agricultural machinery, Fork-lifts or similar mobile plant by trade, the importance is that you've strong hydraulic skills in construction plant so that once you're experienced you can jump in and help out the existing guys on the tools when necessary.

Naturally you must have an interest in a supervisory position and some experience of this. You'll enjoy being the crucial link between the Workshop and customers.
