Trainer (Food Manufacturing)

My client a successful food manufacture in the Wirral are seeking a Trainer to support and develop the teams within a busy production site.
This is an opportunity to deliver training in a heavily invested abd growing business

The Role 

In this role, you are the pivotal link enabling our colleagues to perform their roles well.
You will train colleagues in a variety of roles and processes, to ensure a competent workforce. 
Delivering training to new and existing colleagues 
Helping to develop and improve the training tools in a start-up environment 
Understanding the processes and function of the manufacturing site
Promoting safe working practices to ensure a safe place of work for all 
Positive attitude and teamwork 

Skills

You have experience training, coaching, mentoring or teaching (ideally within a food manufacturing operational environment ) 
You enjoy working as part of a team 
You are confident speaking to groups of people 
You have excellent communication skills 
You want to help others to do their jobs well, and to grow
- Provide Food Safety and Hygiene Training

The Benefits 

Salary circa £35-40K
Monday to Friday (with odd Saturday working as required as site is a 6 day operation)
8am to 5pm
