Are you a highly organised Accounts & Admin Assistant with some general office management experience?

Do you want to be a part of something that is growing quickly, making a positive difference to our natural world and its resources by developing and deploying state-of-the-art technology?

Our client is a not for profit company based in Harwell. Having doubled in size over the past year, it is now poised to continue building upon this growth with the help of a self-motivated Accounts and Admin Assistant.

In this distinctly unique environment, you will be joining a dynamic team of colleagues with a genuine passion for their work.

As the Accounts & Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:

* Securing meeting spaces

* Organising catering and arranging travel itineraries

* Daily financial reconciliations and issuing invoicing

* Recording purchase orders and supplier invoices

* Helping to create new business processes

* Updating project management systems

In order to be considered for the role of Accounts & Admin Assistant, you will need:

Essential:

* To be adaptable, with a pro-active personality. Willing to contribute ideas.

* A flexible mindset

* A strong eye for detail

* The character to assume responsibility and get the job done

* To be dependable, capable of working with little or no supervision

* Previous experience within an Accounts role

Desirable / Beneficial:

* Some AAT training would be useful but is not mandatory
