Technical Sourcer Junior wanted for our Zurich based client.

Your experience/skills:

  • Strong technical understanding obtained through past Technical Recruitment/Sourcing experience or through technical level education
  • 2-3 years working experience in sourcing and screening candidates, evaluating their qualifications, conducting phone/personal interviews and managing the whole recruitment process (preferably for Technical or IT positions)
  • In-depth experience in working independently on a number of projects simultaneously
  • Excellent assessment and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

Your tasks:

  • Conducting research and investigating new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
  • Focus on sourcing candidates through networking, cold calling, complex Internet searches and research
  • Sourcing and screening candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals
  • Acting as a search expert for a functional areas by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements
  • Assisting recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process
